Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), at the side of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
